GVA Advantis a real estate and property management company has recently retained the leasing and property management rights to Lake Point Business Park. The park is combined of 6 industrial and office buildings totaling 134,389 square feet and is located in SE Orange County.

This is the second contract that Vivum has give to GVA Advantis in Central Florida. The first project was the leasing and property management of the Benjamin Center in Tampa which, GVA was able to bring to 100% occupancy.
